[...] Wacky Races @ ATEi 2008 Now this one confused me. The game is made by Gamewax and Banpresto (Banpresto is owned by Namco, I thought it was anyway?). However Wacky Races was on the Konami stand as well as 3 other distributors stands? Either way Wacky Races was at the show and it was good fun. Some of you may remember that I played this a few months ago when I found it at the Trocadero on secret location test. You can watch that video here. [...]

Nice one Twisted,

I think I will have to make a trip to Funland and check this out, it looks pretty sweet.
I used to love the cartoon show, glad to hear that they seem to have caught some of the humour of the show....

"Drat and double drat!!"....Oh and Mutley's laugh they better have put that in too!!

Hey is this the same Gamewax also make that sort of holographic gun shooter a few years back called Akuma?

"Akuma
Follow the dark legend of "Akuma" in this revolutionary new games. Evil rituals have unbound terrifying demons from the curse that locked them inside sacred runes. Choose your target using the awesome tactical "rune" system, unique to this game, then hunt your opponent through many nightmarish locations adding a level of depth and immersion never seen in arcade shooters before! Using the amazing "Bi-Optic" 3D system, the beasts you encounter will literally fly out of the screen at you. This awesome new technology allows visuals so realistic that you could almost reach out and touch their grotesque forms. Each beast you defeat opens a depth futher into the dark and intense environment challenging players. This combined with the intense 3D state of the art graphics makes "Akuma Mortis Immortal" the most scary and exciting video game experience this year!
