Raw Thrills, Play Mechanix and Betson have teamed up to host “Beat The Pro”, a Big Buck Hunter Pro tournament that is travelling across the US, drumming up interest in not only BBHP but coin-op itself. The first event has already come and gone, being held on January 9th-11th in Omaha, NE; next up is Los Angeles on January 29th-31st. It wasn’t detailed in the press release what the prizes were exactly (just BBHP ‘loot’) but from the sounds of it, fans of BBHP and newcomers alike enjoyed the game and the tournament. On top of this, it appears that if an operator contacts Betson they can schedule to have the “Pro” stop by their location – and maybe a location near you.
