NEW DARKSTALKERS GAME.

Capcom will be working on the new Darkstalkers games in the future, they should talk with Threshold Entertainment's Josh Wexler to work with them on the game,
Darkstalkers will be a new engine just like Street Fighter IV but different style with blood and gore and some new characters and it needs to have some medieval parts.
Capcom and Threshold Entertainment would team up to work on Darkstalkers property with feature films and live action television series and animated series.
But this Tatsunoko could be good for all fans.
Thank You.

I can assure you that I always speak for myself, it's easier (and usually more reliable) than trying to second guess what the rest of the world wants. However, I should probably clarify a bit. The reason I'd have preferred a 2D look is in order to differentiate the game from Street Fighter IV (which, it must be said, looks nicer than TvC), and to fit in with the anime heritage of the Tatsunoko characters. Characters which were designed for a 2D appearance often look quite poor when rendered in 3D, and though cel-shading has helped somewhat, a pure 2D approach usually gives a more authentic appearance.

"though it is mildly disappointing that Capcom has chosen 3D again"

Speak for yourself, not for us.

Doing hi-res art properly costs a fortune. The new KoFs been in development for yeeaars. SF2 HD Remix seems to have taken ages too despite the number of frames the characters have being very low.

Dimps have churned out hi res fighters at a fairly impressive rate. Maybe it's doable. I haven't played most of them though so I don't know if the Guilty Gear and Rumblefish sequels had that much additional art.

I've always hated the Marvel Vs. Capcom games with a passion. Far too much over the top supers/specials/combos and tagging characters bounding in and out of the screen. I'd like to see some simpler less chaotic play mechanics.
