If anything Konami should avoid that since their target audience isn't the west. GuitarFreaks unlike GuitarHero isnt about the "rock star dream" thing; people who play GF, DM or beatmania dont have that look-i'm-a-musician-on-stage attitude to playing rhythm games. It is a technical thing not a wannabe musician thing. Konami should infact just get a few western song licenses if they want to attract western audiences and attention, and leave the wannabe rockstar thing to GuitarHero.
