I think about the sport.I have a thing about shoot pool with my friends and I would enjoy to come across some individuals on the Internet that share the same craze.Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.

I'm right there with you, Tom. I have a very good MAME cabinet that plays all of the Visual Pinball, VPinMAME, and Future Pinball tables and I put it together for well under $1000. (I contracted to have it built, no less)It has a 21" LCD screen and buttons on the side of the cabinet to replicate a pinball machine. Looks awesome and plays all of the MAME roms to boot! Have they learned nothing from GlobalVR and their UltraPin release?

This seems to be another David Foley / UltraCade / GlobalVR affiliated release, but instead of being based on Visual Pinball & VPinMAME like UltraPin it's using Future Pinball instead. UltraPin supposedly didn't do so well. I don't know why whoever Nanotech is a front for believes that a PC based freeware pinball simulator program in a down scaled pinball cabinet is going to any better this time around; especially priced at the same starting MSRP, $6000. That's correct, anyone can freely and legally download Visual Pinball, VPinMAME and Future Pinball and run them on a Windows based PC.

I really can't imagine playing fake pinball in an arcade instead of a real pinball machine. That's like playing a darts or pool video game.
