Naomi Bios Emulated, Sega Arcade Games Coming To A PC Near You

I’m not a massive emulator fan. Don’t get me wrong I think it’s great, I just can’t be bothered downloading these things and getting them working. I’m too busy writing for this site 🙂 However this may change my priorities!

An enterprising chap by the name of drkIIRaziel has apparently gotten Sega’s Naomi arcade bios running on an emulator of its parent-system, the Dreamcast. Which means that, should you be the (highly) enterprising type to be able to test this out, you’ll feasibly soon be able to run the arcade versions of stuff like Marvel v Capcom 2, Ferrari F355 Challenge and Ikaruga on your PC. Good times? Good times.

Hey. That article is completely wrong. Elsemi’s code is the reason why the naomi bios is able to run. Nothing was cracked in order to make the bios run, either.
