"Vulcan-X" looks to steal Vulcan-M's thunder

It wasn’t too long ago that we first heard about Vulcan-M, a new light-gun title by Korean company Rassen. It already has a competitor with Vulcan-X by ChinaAmuse. Like Vulcan-M the game has a large cabinet and chaingun style light-guns although instead of one gun, Vulcan-X has two. The product description mentions “live-fire shooting” so it sounds like they have tried to imitate the Vulcan-M experience as much as possible (you might recall that Vulcan M had a rotating gun barrel, a shell-loading and ejecting system and even smoke that spews from the barrel).  I haven’t found of videos of this in action yet and all we have is the graphic above (which might be using another game for the shots there – looks like a 3D side-scroller like the new Bionic Commando) so we’ll have to wait to hear more.

Also from the same page showing off Vulcan X there a couple of other new games by this company, including a nice looking  cartoony game with wolves and sheep and a card game called the Lord of Pets.

You can see it all here @ Chinaamuse.com.
