And We’re Back!

Well that downtime was a load of fun…and hopefully will be avoided in the future.

It appears that the main issues with the website have finally been resolved and the site (on my end) seems to be running with optimal speed; THAT SAID, I’m still having some problems either with WordPress 5.2 or a plug-in. So you may still see a 503 error as I try and figure out the source of additional problems.

I truly appreciate your support and patience over the past couple of weeks where the site had to make a transition from an old outdated server to something shiny and new (I presume). Also, thanks to those of you who picked up a few things from the AH Teepublic store, I’ve had to spend a bit of cash to get this migration complete, so everything helps.

Fortunately, I have been able to provide some updates on YouTube and social media. I will see about getting a Newsbytes post up later today for some catch-up; until then here are the VLOGs that I posted; I think I might continue with these depending on the subject, I’ve been wanting to do one about the surge in new locations that has been taking place lately. Here’s what we had otherwise:

Pac-Man Panic & TMNT Deluxe spotted on location test in IL

Speed Driver 5 Announced

This one is probably just going to stick to China/Taiwan, but you never know

LAI Games Launches Outnumbered

As an update to this that wasn’t mentioned in the video, Timezone has this as a timed release (kind of like how Dave & Busters and Round 1 USA have their timed exclusives here and there), with the rest of the world market getting access to it around IAAPA 2019 (I did confirm that the game will be there, making for our first confirmed title for that event 😉 )

I’ll get to other items in the Newsbytes post. Thank you again!

I am happy that your website is up and running once more. Now you can cover more in-depth articles and pieces that should keep the community alive.

I wonder if you ever tried a panel with arcade operators and game developers on the current state of arcades?
