There has been a lot of new arcade location activity in Upstate New York…why that is exactly, I would have to defer to our writer Sara on that. In the meantime if you are in or near Clarence, NY then a new facility by the name of Rocky’s Big City Games & Sports Bar recently launched with a soft opening event. Sporting a number of video arcade, redemption and big attraction games, they are bringing the FEC experience to the area along with a sports bar.
According to their Facebook page, they will hold a Grand Opening event on February 10th. From that page here are the video games I caught a glimpse of: Batman (2 units); Deadstorm Pirates Special Edition; Dirty Drivin’ (2 units); Fast & Furious Super Cars (4 units); MotoGP (4 units), Terminator Salvation, Transformers Human Alliance (Deluxe); Winter X Snocross (2 units) and more; plenty of brand new redemption/videmption games to enjoy as well. Apparently the company has such a good outlook for this market, they are also looking to expand into Boston, MA. If you are in or near the area, make sure you go and check them out!
