We have finally reached that one important milestone that everyone who runs a site hopes to hit at one point – 1 million hits. Now I won’t kid myself – I understand that there are websites out there who get over 20 million hits in one day and it took us three years to get this far (Arcade Heroes’ third birthday was on the third of this month, which I forgot to bring up) but considering the niche we specialize in, coin-op arcade video gaming, I’d have to say it’s not too shabby especially where we have these occasional periods where there is very little news coming along.
There are a couple of other writers and the site owner but I haven’t heard anything from them in a while – life can get busy as you know and none of us has made any money off of this writing venture so I’ll speak for everyone since they aren’t around and say thank you for your support!
