Here’s a type of amusement device we don’t see too often. In particular this device is called the Bionic Bopper Car. It takes the concept of rock’em sock’em robots and applies that to something like bumper cars. The user sits inside of the unit and tries to knock the head back of their opponent. It uses a gas engine to power each unit and internally it also uses a display to show the scoring. They run for $17,000 for the pair and would certainly make for a unique attraction at a location, I just wonder if a version could be developed to run on a bumper car court.
