While arcades are renowned world wide as places for young people to find some escapism from reality, the need for such recreation is more apparent in a war-torn country such as Afghanistan than perhaps in other places. At a small arcade in Kabul, young people who help support their families off the street find some time to get away from world outside by playing Mortal Kombat, Super Mario Bros. and some other classics.
