Hot on the heels of the reveal of Stern’s AC/DC Pinball (now updated with a playfield pic) comes new pictures of the competition – Wizard of Oz Pinball by Jersey Jack Pinball. This is on track for a March release and I also read that they have already pre-sold 1000 units with hopes of selling 2000 by the time the year is out – pretty good numbers for a pinball game these days from what I hear.
First up is a long time customer of Jack’s from Australia and his family standing next to a mostly finished cabinet with Jack. News also came along yesterday that Jack has ended his time at Elaut to focus on other things, such as JJP.
The latest whitewood playfield being worked on by Mark Weyna and Bryan Hansen.
Munchkinland mini-playfield, still lacking Dorothy’s House and artwork. Playfields will have colored inserts, although I wonder if they will use any sort of multi-colored LEDs to do multi-color targets. I still think that would be a perfect idea in a pinball game so maybe someone can borrow my idea sometime this year.
