North America

Listed are titles that are receiving “official” distribution or manufacturing in the Western Hemisphere. Imports might occur from Asia, but that is a difficult thing to track and not technically considered “released to distribution” for the territory. If a game is exclusive to a particular company, it will be noted.

*‘ indicate kits – Released as a hardware or a software-only package for the upgrade of an existing cabinet to a new game.

Ӕ indicates that the game is Arcade Exclusive (Not used with pinball since that is assumed with the territory). On titles where this badge is next to a game that exists on consoles, it is used where the game has received changes to gameplay and/or content, thus making that version unique to arcades. This is also why it is used on exA-Arcadia titles.

The games below are all play-for-fun, not tickets. Video ticket redemption titles are tracked under the “Videmption” tab. Note that games in the Coming Soon category may be canceled at any time and without notice.

The Cards icon Icon represents a game that vends collectible cards to the player; icon represents a game that is for adult audiences & venues only.

Asia (Japan, China, Taiwan, South Korea, etc)

Listed are titles that are receiving “official” distribution or manufacturing in territories from South Korea down to Australia (AUS can be a little weird, combining releases from Japan, China and the US). Sometimes games released here find their way to the West, but that is hit-and-miss. My thanks to Arcade Belgium for getting the correct dates for many of the games in this section. They do a much better job at tracking Japanese game releases on time than I do 😛

*‘ indicate kits – Released as a package to upgrade an existing cabinet to a new game.

Ӕ indicates that the game is Arcade Exclusive Note that games in the Coming Soon category may be cancelled at any time and without notice.

Europe

Europe tends to reflect the same list as the USA but there can be some differences that pop-up every once in a while. Europe can be somewhat complicated as to which games are available in certain countries as each country has different laws & regulations regarding the sales & importation of arcade machines into their regions. The UK often has most of the newest releasing thanks to the majority of European manufacturers & distributors being based there. Note that games in the Coming Soon category may be canceled at any time and without notice.

Videmption

This section is for games that look like video games but their main purpose in life is to be played to win tickets. Sometimes these games might have “Amusement Modes” where they can be played like a normal arcade game, if that is the case then those games will also be found on one of the other tabs.

NOTE:  Redemption games that use a video display solely as a scoreboard (and not the gameplay) are not considered in this space. Note that games in the Coming Soon category may be canceled at any time and without notice; This is more true of videmption pieces than standard video titles.

Everything Else – AR/VR Attractions, ElectroMechanical (EM) Games, Medium Scale Attractions, etc.

To cover the games that don’t really fit into the other categories, here is where you’ll find everything else! Some products blur the lines between arcade and attraction, so apart from EM games, an attraction is what requires an attendant to effectively and safely function. Note that games in the Coming Soon category may be canceled at any time and without notice.

Where can I find an arcade near me?

If you want to find one of these games near you then you can check up with the following websites which track current arcade locations. They may not have the newest games listed yet, as those have to be added to each site by users or administrators but they are usually pretty good at keeping up-to-date.
