While now would be a good idea to take a Christmas vacation, that’s just not happening for me (Merry belated Christmas by the way. Or Happy Hanukkah if that is your holiday). Just a quick message about the future of the site here – we’ve got some changes in the works that are going to help this become a better site and in consequence a better portal for the arcade community at large. Our forums haven’t been the best place to go and there are many cool features that can be taken advantage of in the online world these days so in 2012 we want to get up with the times. It will entail a new look, integration of social media features, a mobile site and app, and much more. The new website is already starting to take shape thanks to the work that Gerard MacNeil has put into it but to help make everything we want happen, it’s going to require some financing. So I’ve setup a GoFundMe account where you can donate as much as you want to the cause of helping us improve the website. The goal is to raise $2000 and you can donate as little or as much as you would like.
