We haven’t had much to talk about for the past week or so, but even though today’s news is brief, at least it is something.
Back at IAAPA, Nate Nissen of Bandai Namco Amusements had mentioned that they were going to roll out a new website and today that website is live. It essentially incorporates the sales & the parts into one, now showing game parts and their prices on each game page. Check it out here.
As a part of that, at least one new game made a debut there – a new version of Pac-Man Basketball. They had a model released several years ago where it played similar to Street Basketball, just with Pac-Man art and sounds. This looks to be almost the same, but with some updated art and more LED lighting (if there’s more to it than that, then I’ll update this space when I hear more).UPDATE: Bandai Namco Amusements Europe informed me that the listing you see below is the model that is currently available, but the art will change for this new release. The US listing for the game is found here.
Last but certainly not least, I got my hands on the upgrade kit for Maximum Tune 5 to go up to 5DX+. While I livestreamed it, I posted a clearer and much shorter version of that to the channel:
That’s all for now!
