Looks like Capcom are taking a leaf out of Nintendo’s SBB book and drip feeding us with tiny nuggets of SF4 goodness every so often. And boy do we lap it up. Keep ’em coming Capcom!

As of this moment, Crimson Viper and Abel have been the only new characters announced for Street Fighter IV, but the time has finally come to lift the curtain on yet another new warrior!

Judging by his appearance and profile, it looks like he utilizes a pro wrestling style. In fact, his style is none other than Mexico’s famous Lucha Libre brand of wrestling! Will we see that style’s trademark aerial acrobatics at work? We can only hope and wait with baited breath…

This fiery fighter is a man who divides his professional life between Lucha Libre wrestling and gourmet cooking. His hot-blooded spirit is enough to give even the mighty Red Cyclone a run for his money! Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for his lackluster cooking skills…

I thought this was a joke when you first mentioned El Fuerte in another post, like a nod to the Jack Black movie. Now I see this character, looks like a butter-less Jack Black or something. Not sure about this one. Love Red Crimson, but would have to see this in action.

well it seems that capcom is actually steping on the lucha libre style, and it was about time. Having a mexican fighter in his new saga is good because we were let down by his past character, T. Hawk that he actually looked like a native american. In the other hand el Fuerte, is actually a mix between a legendary fighter called el santo, and a legend on the rising called Mistico…..I hope i could see “their” moves on this guy…I hope he lasts at least 2 minutes against ryu or akuma. Thank you capcom for giving the lucha libre style a place on your street fight.
