Sixteen years since they released Silver Strike Live, Incredible Technologies has followed up with their take on virtual bowling by releasing a sequel in Silver Strike: League Night. Now shipping out to interested buyers, let’s take a look at this at what this new bowling game has in store for locations who grab one.
Silver Strike: League Night – The Cabinet
We first saw SSLN at IAAPA 2025, where I almost had missed it since IT’s booth was in a weird spot, far away from all of the other arcade games (it was also at Player One Amusement Group’s booth). They use their “Showcase” pedestal cabinet, with a trackball controller, a 5″ touchscreen + NFC reader, paired with a 55″ 4K TV setup in portrait orientation. This is the first time that they’ve used a monitor vertically instead of horizontally with these cabinets. It makes for a compact footprint, and this is a game that’s not just below the $10k price point, but it’s below the $5k threshold:

I’ve been informed that the MSRP on this is “$4,795 + shipping + sales tax. The monitor stand is $300 additional.” As an operator, hearing that price has me tempted to get one, although I already have a bowling game in Family Guy Bowling. Still, seeing a brand new game under $5k is always a reason to celebrate these days, as it’s hard to justify the many above $20k games that we’ve had on the market for the past six years or so. It’s also been performing well on test (scroll to the paragraphs at the bottom), which can mean it will pay itself off fast in the right location.
The Game
While it’s self-evident that this is a bowling game, where you use the trackball to aim and throw, they’ve taken the formula that has worked for two decades and built on it with improved, more realistic physics. To quote from the release announcement: “For the first time, gameplay is driven by true-to-life physics—yes, including gravity—impacting everything from ball spin to pin action. In fact, IT’s design team worked closely with Storm Bowling—one of the world’s top bowling equipment manufacturers—to get the details just right”.
Here is the trailer for the game, followed by some in-person play at Amusement Expo 2026:
Then for the game features, here’s a long bullet point list of what you’re getting with this game:
- Seven vibrant bowling alley environments
- Real and virtual League Play
- Game modes like Strike Derby, 300 Bounty and Vegas Bowling
- Fun options like Bumpers, Cosmic Bowling and Beer Frame Spotlight
- Extensive avatar customization opportunities, including authentic Storm bowling gear
- Multiple throwing styles and ball spin options
- A new Achievement system with nearly 100 unlockable items
For operators:
- Adjustable Happy Hour Pricing
- QR code integration for mobile collections
- Beer Frame toggle controls
- Custom messaging of the scrolling ticker
- Optional sound bar integration
- New, easy-to-use league-creation software, RUN IT
From what I have observed of this being played, fans enjoy it and as you can read above, there is a lot there to bring people back for more. This will obviously be a popular choice for arcade bars too, but I think it also has a place in arcades who want to expand their selection.
