Arcade expos are bigger and badder than ever thanks to renewed interest in collecting as well as new games. Just a short time ago, California Extreme kicked off their 20th annual event and now over on the other side of the country in Pittsburgh, ReplayFX has opened their doors.
They are building on the success that they had last year…let’s quote from their website:
Gamers behind the Replay Foundation & PAPA are taking over the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and filling it with more than 750 arcade and pinball machines, over 2,000 retro console games, tabletop games, a showcase of new products by game developers, magicians, live musicians, balloon artists, face-painters, competitions offering over $110,000 in prize money, and more!
All of that gaming goodness is taking place the event has over 200,000 sq. ft. Pinball is a huge part of it, with PAPA running various tournaments for competitors to enjoy, including Pinburgh. They also are holding a Kong Off and even a NEON FM Challenge. According to this tweet, they even had a Tattoo Assassins tournament:
And the Tattoo Assassins World Champion is Matt D! Matt has promised to review the tattoo kit!… https://t.co/hrK88ApBIc

It sounds like quite the event so if any news pops up (new reveals or interesting seminars like CAX had), we will update this post.
