First images of the next King of Fighters out!
The official SNKP Blog (Japanese) has released the first images of the next King of Fighters that will hit the arcades, KOF A Maximum Impact Regulation A (not a mouthful, is it?). The new title uses Taito’s Type X2 PC-based hardware but even there the new KOF lags behind Sega’s Virtua Fighter 5 in terms of graphics (EDIT: Which really is not a big deal and we have yet to see the game in action yet, which always changes things. Even then, a lot of the special effects look pretty cool). If you go to the SNKP blog, the thumbnails won’t open up directly to a new window using FireFox, you have to save them and then rename the files as a .JPG, but I have done the work for you so here they are! Thanks to Editor on the Forum for pointing this out!
